First get a stand that spins and put on some gardening gloves.

Plant the trunk

Add 180 imported Chinese Twinkle Lights

Add 180 more ICTL

Add 180 more ICTL

Add 180 more ICTL

Add 360 more ICTL

Run to Walmart, buy 200 more ICTL and top off tree. Take off gloves and take a nap.
