The One

After weeks of looking, we found it today.

It was the first house we looked at and then we went back and looked again beacause nothing else even came close.

When I first walked in I noticed the pergo floors, but I loved the french doors between the Living room and den.  The dining room looked big enough for Nana’s dining room set.

The kitchen has been totally redone. Its got granite countertops and newish black appliances, including a fancy gas stove.  The cabinets are really nice, maybe even custom and there are drawers for pots and pans next to the stove.  I love the kitchen.

Then I went through the garage.  Its big.  And then it has a storage closet also.  Then behind the garage there’s this staircase.  It leads up to a huge bonus room – perfect for computers.  The washer and dryer are upstairs in that room.

The master bedroom is nice and big too.  The master bath is big enough, but could use some work.  There’s also 3 more bedrooms.

We’re both really excited about this one. I think it might be IT!

This looks interesting

Driveway These are the pictures from the Buyer Info sheet. I drove by this house earlier this week and wrote down the address. The neighborhood seems really nice. Its older, but most of the houses are traditional styles instead of that contemporary 80′s style with the diagonal wood siding and diamond-shaped windows.

Another important thing I noted was that everyone’s mailbox was NOT the same. That means that the HOA in this neighborhood isn’t a crazy totalitarian dictatorship. That’s good becuase we really want that manatee mailbox we saw when we went to Marco Island. :-P
